The magnificent three-hectare Atzaró Vegetable Garden, within the estate of Atzaró Agroturismo, is a spectacular horticultural experience rooted in nature. An orange tree lined walkway at Atzaró guides you to the entrance of the huge garden, the ultimate in nature-connected goodness.

Totally organic, the Atzaró Vegetable Garden is planted with a huge variety of vegetables, fruits and herbs to bring delicious home-grown fresh ingredients to the farm-to-table food at Aubergine by Atzaró. The planting with internal eco-systems, water from the estate’s well and electricity from the on-site solar panels, grows seasonal produce that enriches the much-loved dishes on all the menus. Organic vegetables and fruits freshly plucked from the farm to the table.
