The farm-to-table food at Aubergine by Atzaró celebrates nature with organic or local produce abundant on the plate. The organic vegetables, fruits and herbs fresh, seasonal and plucked daily from the group’s Atzaró Vegetable Garden, are a delight and meats and fish are locally sourced. Freshly made juices, fruit waters, organic local wines and cocktails compliment a delicious menu full of vegetarian and vegan options, meat, fish, a full barbecue selection, plates to share with friends and fresh favourites for everyone.
